It's rare these days that the CEO/President of an organization takes the time and interest in customer relations that you do. Secondly, a belated thank-you for a service at this Spring's Indianapolis auction. You may not recall, but I approached you about a minor glitch in a lot of hollow and round planes I bought. I had had ample opportunity to examine the lot, and did not consider that you had any obligation to correct an oversight on my part. I only brought it to your attention in regard to the possibility of a trade for one of the planes. You readily agreed to take the lot back, or to send me a replacement plane. Within a few days of returning home the replacement plane arrived in the mail. Given the volume of your business, I was duly impressed that such a minor detail was handled so graciously and expeditiously. In general, I found the Indianapolis auction to be the best organized and most efficiently run operation of any that I have seen. The catalogs along with their pictures and lot descriptions are of the highest quality. In addition, I gained the utmost confidence in your tool grading. I was going to say that I wished I lived closer to your normal area of operations, but on reflection, it may be better for my financial and domestic tranquility that the likelihood of having opportunities to attend future auctions is slim.
