All items are photographed and carefully described. A four-page comprehensive index at the back of the book lists entries both by manufacturer and type of tool to facilitate identification and appraisal. Although we produce our catalogues as a means to market our inventory of antique tools, we expend a great deal of effort to make then enjoyable to the reader. It was especially rewarding to find in our recent review in the Maine Antique Digest, the recommendation that our catalogue "...deserves a look as pure entertainment, even if you never intend to buy or sell an old tool."
